PlayFootball, Shepherds Bush

We helped PlayFootball with the planning and design of this new inner-city 3G/4G five-a-side football centre, in an acoustically challenging environment, surrounded by high-rise apartment buildings.

Drawing on our experience of noise surveys and assessments at a number of their existing sites, we were able to assist the client to achieve planning permission for the development, subject to incorporation of appropriate noise mitigation measures, carefully specified to adequately protect nearby residents.

After opening of the centre, we also provided a further noise survey and assessment to successfully demonstrate compliance with the rigorous planning conditions imposed by the Local Authority.
